What is Bio-zyme?

Directions for use:
Bio-zyme is easy to use, once a week at close of business, pour one pre-measured bottle down the drain closest to the grease trap. Flush the drain with warm water for 10-15 seconds. (IT'S THAT EASY) Our pre-measured application is designed for grease traps 1,000 gallons or less; additional product may be required for larger systems.
